Join us for our Inaugural Links for Laces Golf Tournament & Fun Run!

Join Sean Astin for a fun day on the links at Springfield Golf Resort on Saturday, December 4th!  We’ll be hosting a four person scramble tournament filled with fun contests and great camaraderie followed by a fun run 5k that takes runners & walkers around the front 9 holes.

Check-in for the golf tournament begins at 7am and you’re welcome to hit the range or grab a bite to eat in Grill 61. Golf starts at 8am with lunch, awards and prizes following play. Registration is limited to 120 players, so be sure to sign up early!

Check-in for the fun run begins at 3pm.  The fun run begins at 4pm and will be followed by refreshments and awards.  Registration is limited to 200 participants; register today so you don’t miss out!

Schedule:

7am – Golf tournament registration opens

7am-1pm – Local vendors and silent auction on-site

8am – Golf tournament begins with a shotgun start

11:45am (approx) – Lunch (included in golf tournament package)

1pm (approx) – Golf tournament ends

3pm – Fun run packet pick-up and race day registration opens

3pm-5:30pm – Local vendors and race expo open on-site

4pm – Fun run begins

4:45 (approx) – Fun run awards presentation

Q: Who can participate?
A: EVERYONE!  Yes, all are welcome!

 

Q: Do I have to register for both the golf tournament AND the fun run?
A: No, you are welcome to participate in either or both.  Registrations for the two events will be completed separately.

 

Q: Is there a discount if I register for both events?
A: YES! If you sign up for the golf tournament, you will be emailed a discount code to take $10 off the fun run registration fee.

This 2 loop course will take runners around the front 9 holes of the golf course.  Runners are encouraged to complete a 5k (by completing both loops), but are welcome to stop after the first loop.

  • Awards will be given to the top 3 overall finishers both male and female.
  • There will not be age group awards but other prizes will be awarded.
